Salon Policies ✨ Booking & Appointments Appointments Required: We operate by appointment only to ensure each client receives our full attention. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be applied toward your service total. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals, after 20 minutes may be canceled or rescheduled at the technician’s discretion. No-Shows: No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment to rebook in the future. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid losing your deposit. Same-Day Cancellations: Will result in the loss of your deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings. ✨ Payments Accepted Forms: Cash, debit/credit cards, cash app, and vemo . No personal checks. Final Payment: Due immediately after services are rendered. No Refunds: All services are final. If there is an issue, we will try to resolve it within 3 days of your appointment. ✨ Children & Guests No Extra Guests: Only the client being serviced is allowed in the salon unless approved in advance. Children : For the safety of all and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, children are wellcome "only" if they are receiving services or can sit quietly. ✨ Health & Safety If you are sick, have open wounds, or show signs of infection, we may reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety. Luxe Nailz & Co. follows strict sanitation procedures and uses hospital-grade disinfectants on all tools and surfaces. ✨ Nail Repairs & Fixes 3-Day Fix Policy: If a nail breaks or lifts within 3 days, we will fix it for free. After 3 days, standard repair charges apply. Outside Work: it not ideal but is ok. ✨ Services Custom Sets: Please come with inspiration photos, but understand your final look may vary based on nail health, shape, and color availability. Consultations: Available for all services to ensure your expectations are met and your nail health is prioritized. ✨ Loyalty & Referrals Ask about our loyalty card program and refer-a-friend rewards.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Luxe Nailz & Co. has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Luxe Nailz & Co. at (203) 376-6033 or luxenailzandco@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
